Ineligibility Notices
Pursuant to Section 98.075, Florida Statutes, the Orange County Supervisor of Elections, is hereby providing notice that the following individuals may be declared ineligible to vote if they fail to contact the Supervisor’s Office within 30 days of the date this notice is published.
A voter that fails to respond may also have their name removed from the Florida Voter Registration System. If a voter denies the accuracy of this information underlying the potential ineligibility, the voter has a right to request a hearing for the purpose of determining eligibility.
Any individual listed below may contact the Supervisor’s Office within 30 days of the date this notice is published to receive information regarding the basis for the potential ineligibility and the procedure to resolve the matter.
If you attempt to vote at an early voting site or your normal election day polling place, you will be required to vote on a provisional ballot. If you vote by mail, your ballot will be treated as a provisional ballot. In either case, your ballot may not be counted until a final determination of eligibility is made. If you wish for your ballot to be counted, you must contact the Supervisor of Elections Office within 2 days after an election and present evidence that you are eligible to vote. Should an individual listed below need additional assistance, the voter should contact the Supervisor of Elections Office or the county in which the voter is registered.
