You must bring photo and signature identification.
Early voting sites and hours vary from election to election. On Election Day, polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and you must vote at your assigned polling place.
When registering to vote, choosing a party affiliation is optional. If you do not choose a party affiliation, you will be registered with no party affiliation (NPA). The deadline to change your party affiliation is 29 days before any primary election.

- On a Florida Voter Registration Application at a public library or elections office

Vote-by-mail requests expire after each federal general election cycle. To continue to receive vote-by-mail ballots, you must submit a new vote-by-mail request each general election cycle, which is every two years.

If I arrive at the polling site’s closing time, will I still be able to vote? On Election Day, if you’re in line at 7 p.m. at your assigned polling place, stay in line. You can still vote.
- Be a registered voter in Orange County.
- Attend a mandatory training class before each election (minimum of 3 hours).
- Be available to work a minimum of 14 hours on Election Day.
- Be willing to represent our office well in public.
- Perform all duties for your position as assigned.
